Please be informed that effective 15 April 2025, the '3 New Tests' indicator (Methamphetamine, Filariasis, and Hepatitis C), will be removed from the FOMEMA Medical Examination Form. These tests have been integral part of the medical examination process since 16 December 2023, and their implementation remains mandatory.
The removal of this indicator is purely an administrative update to streamline the form's presentation. It does not affect the requirement for service providers to conduct these tests, which remain a compulsory component of the FOMEMA Foreign Worker Medical Examination process.
Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to our Customer Service Representatives available between 9.00AM – 5.00PM, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and Federal Territory holidays.
