I'll shut up about this after this. Here's a live implementation on devnet (with real mainnet data) with no modifications to the octra-sqlite depoloyment to the Circle.
Just as a proof of technology/solution, I created an octra-sqlite database as a secondary mirror from my Octra Vitals AML snapshot storage for https://octra.live
You can use the 3 canned queries to look at the data/table structure or write your own SQL (just invokes a circle call over RPC).
