We are going to post these whenever something lands. Not on a schedule, and not when there is something to sell.

What shipped

The Wall — weekly standings, at app.floored.city/wall
Built it ranking on share count first, then threw that out. A bigger stake buys more shares, so the board was quietly rewarding volume — the exact thing it is supposed to never do. It now ranks by how much of the floor you have filled, and share count only breaks ties. Tested with two wallets: one staked 7.5x more than the other on a single ticker and came second.

Client seed rotation
Your half of every roll is now genuinely yours to change, from the account panel. Shipping this alone would have broken verification, because a play only stored the nonce and not the seed it was rolled with — so the first rotation would have made every earlier play recompute wrong. The seed is now pinned per play. Old plays stay verifiable forever.

The House Book — app.floored.city/book
A published wallet, its inventory read straight off the chain, and what the house would owe summed from the ledger. Max bet, the halt threshold and the rake split all compute themselves off that one number.

It reads NOT FUNDED right now, because it is. We put the solvency page up before the money on purpose — a page that only appears once the figures look good is worth nothing.

The payout math and the fairness check, as a public repo. No dependencies. Clone it and run node test.mjs — 102 assertions, and we wrote the weakness of our own test suite into the README rather than waiting for someone to find it.

What we proved on chain

Tokenized shares move to an ordinary wallet, in both directions, in a real transaction rather than a simulation. That was the last assumption everything downstream rested on. It is closed.

What is being built

The payout signer. It drains the delivery queue, caps every send in dollars, stops on a daily limit, and announces every send to an internal channel. The process serving the website never holds a key — it records requests and nothing else.

Still paper

Real mechanics, real odds, live prices, no real money in or out. Deposits do not open until the house can show, on a page anyone can open without an account, that it covers what it owes. No date.
