We are currently experiencing network instability related to our upstream provider, Dataforest GmbH.
Some customers may encounter intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, packet loss, or temporary problems connecting to services (including RDP/SSH and certain Linux networking operations).
Our network engineers are already in contact with the upstream provider and monitoring the situation closely. At the moment, the issue appears to originate outside of our internal infrastructure.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the upstream provider works on mitigation and stabilization.

Resellers can now manage their reseller account directly from the terminal using our new Terminal User Interface.
Simply launch the TUI application and enter the credentials provided by the appropriate department. Once authenticated, you will be able to manage your reseller environment entirely from the command line.
API Access
We will also provide a dedicated API for resellers, allowing you to:
• Provision services automatically
• Manage existing services
• Integrate our platform into your own systems and workflows
Web Panel
At this time, a dedicated reseller web panel will not be available. The web interface is currently being developed as part of the next-generation version of our billing platform and will be released at a later date.
