Upcoming major updates to our invoicing system

After an update, now Stripe fully support Bank transfer (Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, Mexico, United States), ACH Direct Debit (United States), Bacs Credit Debit (Europe), Multibanco (Portugal), Pay by bank (United Kingdom).

All invoices billed by "Stripe", "Wise", "iFast Global Bank" will include TAX & VAT IDs.
Our turnover from customers within the European Union (over 60%) has exceeded the applicable VAT threshold. As a result, we are currently required to obtain a secondary VAT number from DG TAXUD (Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union).
Accordingly, please be advised that invoices issued to customers in the EU and the United Kingdom will include VAT at the applicable rate.
Please note that the country specified in your Phylex / Datacoria account is not taken into consideration for VAT purposes. The VAT rate will be determined based on the country in which your payment method was issued, namely your bank account or payment card.
We’ve added GoCardless payment method, now you can pay with Direct Debits, Instant Bank Pay (open banking) and Bank-to-bank transfer with almost no fees!
Issue with accessing https://mgr.phylex.net was resolved
At the moment, we have an idea for a new project within our Discord server.
However, since almost our entire team is currently focused on developing a new billing panel, the implementation of this Discord project may be delayed.

We are looking for volunteers who would like to become contributors to this project. We are mainly seeking developers (any programming languages are welcome) and content creators who can help with promotion and overall project presentation.

If you are interested, there is currently an application form available in our Discord server where you can submit your application. Applications are reviewed within a few hours.
Planned Technical Maintenance of the Node

Node Ryzen 9 7950X3D #2
Description Severe disk performance degradation was detected on the node. Based on received complaints, the third disk was delivering speeds of around 50 Mbps, which is unacceptable. The disk will be replaced, and your servers will be migrated to a new Datacenter-grade NVMe drive.
Date and Time February 18, 2026 from 00:00 to 09:00 (GMT+4) — approximately 9 hours
Actions Servers will be powered off to perform a mass migration. This affects all servers hosted on this node.
Technical maintenance has been successfully completed.

“Why is my server still inactive?”
To prevent potential errors, the system is gradually powering on each virtual machine one by one. Please allow a little more time — approximately 10–20 minutes.

You can check if your server now available.
There are problems with the AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3d line.

Network issue, we are working on fixing the problems.
New payment method added

🇪🇺SEPA-EUR account details (€ EUR-only) SWIFT/BIC TCCLGB31

As you may already know, we are working on free vps service, so currently, we're looking for beta testers who can find bugs and explore the first-look of the panel.
If you want to become a tester, open a ticket in discord server or dm this channel

Dear customers,

Many people manually force their servers to turn on during maintenance. I simply want to point out that doing so can lead to data loss.

Never turn on servers during maintenance. The system automatically stops them, but if you turn them on and continue working during maintenance, we are not responsible for any loss of your data.
If you have already done this, we do not guarantee that your data will be transferred without loss.
