Former Iranian diplomat Sadegh Kharrazi said his uncle Kamal Kharrazi, a former foreign minister and senior adviser to slain Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, was killed inside a hospital after what he described as “infiltration,” suggesting the method involved inhalation.
