የትምህርት ባለድርሻ አካላት ብዙ በመሆናቸው እያንዳንዱ አካል የሚያጋጥሙት ፈተናዎች እንደ ግለሰቦቹ የተለያዩ ናቸው። በዚህ አምስተኛ ክፍል ሰላማዊት አለም የፊደል ቱቶሪያል መስራችና ዋና ስራ አስኪያጅን ጋብዘናል።
💥ሰላማዊት ከ6 ዓመታት በላይ ያስቆጠረ ልምድ ያላት የትምህርት ኤክስፐርት ናት። በትምህርት ስርዓት ውስጥ በቀጥታ ከተማሪዎች ከወላጅ ከመምህራን ጋር ካላት ልምድ በመነሳት በትምህርት ሥርዓቱ ውስጥ የሚስተዋሉትን ተግዳሮቶች እና እይታዋን ታጋራናለች።
