Everyone has a folder of ideas they never built.
Some have an idea but need a collaborator. Some have great ideas but no technical skills. Some can build but have no idea to work on.
IdeaSpark connects all three.
Post your idea, get feedback, and find people to build it with you. Or browse the feed, upvote ideas you believe in, and pick one to build.
Coming soon.

Soo... Mike is gone....
Congratulations, Mike!! I'm sooo happy for you, and I pray this journey opens doors you never even imagined. May Allah put blessing in every step you take. Go learn, build, grow, and make us proud!!
But there's another person I really wanna talk about...
A friend who stayed by Mike's side the whole week, day and night, until the very last second of his departure.
And you know what amazes me the most? The way he gets excited about his friends' success, sometimes even more than they do themselves.
Like, how beautiful is it to have someone who genuinely celebrates your wins as if they were his own? Someone who shows up, stays, supports, and doesn't leave until the very last goodbye?
May Allah preserve such friendships and grant us hearts that genuinely rejoice in the success of others.
And finallyyyy...
May your morning bring you opportunities like Mike's and friendships like Fuad's.

The Stronger the Harness, the Thinner MCP Gets
Worth reading this blog by @kinfishfarms๐
You donโt have to understand everything when reading technical blogs. The more you read, the more familiar you become with concepts, patterns, and the way engineers think. Over time, that compounds and makes you a better software engineer.

The Stronger the Harness, the Thinner MCP Gets - KinfeMichael T
Is MCP dead? Not quite, but it is moving down the stack. As agent harnesses learn to write and keep their own code, MCP stops being the way agents discover and call tools, and becomes the auth and policy boundary around them. A look at harnesses, OpenAPIโฆ

So at work we basically have a buncchhhh of skills that saved us a ton of subscription that we simply run on our cursor subs. The best way i've seen is just making the following skills for yourselves. Here are some of them described:
1. PR-review skill - very important because we essentially replaced our coderabbit and greptile bills with these. Additionally it's tailored with exactly how our company's QA system work with actual browser recordings and flows. It even checks our tickets and makes sure everything is as defined
2. Our own design system library - we built this on top of shadcn and since we have like 3-4 different products we always the most consistent UI across.
3. Company themed image gen skill - Every image we generate be it for blogs, web ui, marketing, linkedin, X or anything we always have the same consistent one so our non technical teams can just use them in chatgpt.
4. Testing skills - We dont write unit tests much and advise our agents not to as well as much as possible. Instead we replaced these steps with a test suite that uses browsers, local instances, accounts, an email, stripe's 4444 card, a screen recording and all it needs so it tests everything and records every thing for us.
Build these skills urself since it needs to be refined to ur own work style and company. We've managed to ship around 5-6+ PRs each a day as a team of 4 without getting blocked on any PR review lags and all.

Go to school every day, miss every dayโs class!!
This is literally me. I leave home at 6 AM and get back around 6 PM on weekdays esunm if the traffic is cooperative. But somehow, Iโm still absent from class every day. Confusing, right? Well, Iโm studying two regular engineering (software and civil) programs at different colleges, and both have full-day schedules. So, obviously, I have to miss some classes. Ofc, I prioritize classes that might have quizzes or are taught by instructors who donโt play around.
But you thought my day ends there? Nahh. I get home, cook๐ณ for myself, and get back to coding after just 3โ4 hours of sleep. And Alhamdulillah, despite all these odds, I still manage to learn, work on personal projects, and handle client work almost every single day!
Iโm not saying Iโm the hardest worker out there. But I can confidently say Iโm doing my best, and Iโm not faking discipline. If hard work really pays off, Iโm just waiting for my turn. But on Allahโs timing, not mine.
Keep going, gang!
