✍️ Momentum Trading Strategy!

The combination of Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and Relative Strength Index (RSI) indicators has emerged as a popular choice among many available techniques.

📝Strategy setups
🟢Instruments: any
🟢Indicators: Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) with the default settings.
🟢Timeframe: H1 - H4
🟢Risk management rules: 2-5% as margin from the overall balance

⬇️Rules for a long entry
✅ Spot a moment when the RSI is below 30 and the MACD signal line is above the histogram line.
✅ Wait until the RSI rises above 30 and the MACD signal line falls below the histogram line.
✅ Enter a buy trade.
✅ Set take profit at the resistance level or when a “sell signal” occurs.
✅ Set stop loss according to your risk-reward ratio (1:3 - 1:5 is recommended) or below the recent low.

🟧 Short entry rules are fully inverted.

❗️Combining MACD and RSI does not guarantee a 100% result like any other strategy. However, it is essential to follow the rules to improve the outcome.

📊 Order Block (OB) - Fundamentals for Successful Trading 📊

An Order Block (OB) is a price zone where large players have been actively gaining positions, leaving limit orders to pause the price on a possible pullback. These zones play an important role in trading strategies as this is where key market manipulation occurs.

💡 What is an Order Block?
OB is the average entry price of a major player and a market reversal zone. On the chart, an Order Block is defined as the last pullback candle that:
- Captured liquidity 💰;
- Created imbalance ⚖️;
- Led to an impulse move 📈.

Pay attention to the older timeframes: the older the timeframe, the stronger the pullback level.

📈 Role of the Order Block
This is an institutional candlestick showing where a major player opened positions. The order block becomes a support/resistance level as the price is often manipulated to take liquidity. Once the order block is tested, the price moves in the desired direction.

💥 How to correctly identify Order Blocks?
1️⃣ Taking liquidity;
2️⃣ Price reversal and momentum;
3️⃣ Imbalance (IMB) immediately after OB;

How to enter a trade and put SL?
✅ Entry: Open a trade toward momentum after the OB.
❌ SL: Place SL just below (for buys) or above (for sells) the block order.

👈The dollar index is in a downtrend. The index has fallen below the 100 mark. Now, the price is testing the resistance level of 100.10. If this level is broken, the recovery may continue to 101.69 to test the downtrend. However, the decline will likely continue if the resistance level is not broken—the minimum to the previous low of 97.74.

👈The euro is showing strong growth. The price tested the resistance level at 1.1513, then dropped to the support at 1.1313. If the asset consolidates below this support level, a correction to 1.1187 is likely. However, if the price stays above the support level, a recovery toward the local high of 1.1513 is expected.

🕛The index did not break its lows but showed signs of recovery. The price increased and tested the descending trend line. If the price breaks the resistance level at 5534, the asset will exit the downtrend. The first growth target will be the level at 5785. However, if the price fails to break through the 5534 resistance, the decline will likely resume toward 5154.

BTCUSD - Bitcoin has broken out of its downtrend and is now testing the 95,000 level. If this level is successfully surpassed, growth toward the 98,000-100,000 range is possible. However, if it fails, the asset may decline to the 92,000-88,000 range to cover imbalances.

XAUUSD - After setting another new historical high, the asset is now showing a decline. The price is testing the support level at 3275. If this support level is broken, the decline will likely continue toward the trend level and the 3205-3140 range. However, a catalyst for growth could emerge from political disagreements, which may lead to a resumption of the uptrend.
