🎢 All price movements consist of five waves of growth (trend impulse) and three waves of decline (correction).

➡️The structure of any movement has the form 3⬆️/ 2⬇️.
The trend impulse (growth wave) has a five-wave structure consisting of three waves of growth and two waves of decline.

1️⃣In the beginning, there is a solid upward movement (the first growth wave), after which the price decreases (the second wave).

2️⃣The second wave cannot go lower than the beginning of the first wave. Otherwise, it is not an impulse. Usually, the second wave is about 50% of the first wave.

3️⃣After the end of the second wave, the third wave of growth begins. And it is usually bigger than the first one. As you understand, it is possible to know that this is the third wave only when the price exceeds the point where the correction (the second wave) began. This is the most optimal time for buying.

4️⃣Then goes the fourth corrective wave. It has the same properties as the second wave, i.e., it cannot go lower than the beginning of the third wave and is usually 50% of the third wave.

5️⃣Then comes the fifth wave, which is the end of the bullish trend. Traders should consider closing their trades during this wave.

An Order Block (OB) is a price zone where large players have been actively gaining positions, leaving limit orders to pause the price on a possible pullback. These zones play an important role in trading strategies as this is where key market manipulation occurs.

💡 What is an Order Block?
OB is the average entry price of a major player and a market reversal zone. On the chart, an Order Block is defined as the last pullback candle that:
- Captured liquidity 💰;
- Created imbalance ⚖️;
- Led to an impulse move 📈.

Pay attention to the older timeframes: the older the timeframe, the stronger the pullback level.

📈 Role of the Order Block
This is an institutional candlestick showing where a major player opened positions. The order block becomes a support/resistance level as the price is often manipulated to take liquidity. Once the order block is tested, the price moves in the desired direction.

💥 How to correctly identify Order Blocks?
1️⃣ Taking liquidity;
2️⃣ Price reversal and momentum;
3️⃣ Imbalance (IMB) immediately after OB;
