🚗 Due to EU tariffs, Tesla announced plans to raise prices on China-made cars in Europe starting July 1. Tesla shares dropped to $182.55.

🌐 Ripple is partnering with UK-regulated Archax to attract hundreds of millions in tokenized assets to the XRP Ledger. XRPUSD trades at 0.4799.

📈 This week, Berkshire Hathaway purchased an additional $102 million in Occidental Petroleum shares, increasing its stake to 28.5%. However, #OXY shares dropped to $59.79.

🥇 According to Bespoke, speculators have increased their net long positions in gold (XAUUSD) futures to a 38-year high. XAUUSD consolidates at 2317.

🛢 Citi predicts oil prices could drop to $60 per barrel by 2025 due to a "significant surplus." In a bearish scenario, Brent prices could fall below $50 by the end of next year. XBRUSD rose to 81.98.

🇯🇵 Japan's central bank rate remains at 0.1% (expected 0.1% / previous 0.1%). The Bank of Japan indicated it may reduce government bond purchases starting from the next meeting on July 30. USDJPY rose to 158.15.

✈️ Boeing is investigating a new problem with the 787 Dreamliner airplane. The inspection was initiated after improperly installed fasteners were found on the plane's fuselage. Shares of #BA fell to 180.65.

☄️ According to Governing Council members, an ECB rate cut in September requires an improved inflation outlook, with delays in reaching the 2% target by Q4 2025 reducing the chances.

🇫🇷 French stocks are experiencing their worst week since 2022 as the prospect of a far-right government coming to power alongside left-wing opposition has shaken the markets.

🇨🇳 China's central bank left the key policy rate unchanged at 2.50% on Monday for 182 billion yuan ($25.08 billion) of one-year MLF loans, as expected.

🇯🇵 According to former board member Makoto Sakurai, the Bank of Japan will likely forgo a July rate hike and taper bond buying by $152 billion annually.

🇬🇧 UK inflation is expected to fall to the Bank of England's 2% target in May, down from 2.3% in April, but this may be too late to benefit the government before the July 4 general election.

🛢 Brent fell 0.5% to $82.22 per barrel, reflecting weaker US consumer demand and increased crude production in China.

⛽️ Demand for natural gas in China will increase by 45% by 2030, driven primarily by the industrial shift from coal to gas, which is part of the country's efforts to peak CO2 emissions by 2030.
