🤖 Nvidia is nearing the completion of its acquisition of Run AI, an AI infrastructure management platform, in a deal valued at approximately $700 million. Despite this, Nvidia stocks dropped to 796.51.

🌐 BlackRock increased its BTC holdings to 274 462 BTC for its spot BTC-ETF, up from 273 892 BTC. However, BTCUSD dropped to 64,180 in response.

❌ Joseph Biden has officially signed a bill banning TikTok unless its parent company, ByteDance, decides to sell the platform.

🛫 Moody's downgraded Boeing's rating to Baa3 from Baa2 with a negative outlook. #BA shares fell to 164.40.

🇯🇵 Japan's Finance Ministry watches the yen's exchange rate closely and stands ready to act if necessary. After the recent Bank of Japan meeting, BofA sees a higher chance of intervention. USDJPY climbed to 155.66.
