🌉 What Is the Golden Fibonacci Pocket?

🌀 The “golden Fibonacci pocket” is the area between 61.8% and 65% on a Fibonacci retracement.

🧲 This zone often acts as a “magnet” where trends pause, bounce, or fully reverse.

🔎 How to Use the Golden Pocket in Trading

1️⃣ Apply the Fibonacci retracement:

Draw Fib from the swing low → swing high (in an uptrend) or vice versa.
The golden pocket is the narrow band between 61.8% and 65%.

2️⃣ Wait for the pullback:

Price often returns to this area before continuing the main trend.

3️⃣ Don’t trade blindly, wait for confirmation:

Look for:
• reversal candles (hammer, engulfing, pin bar)
• volume spikes
• support/resistance confluence
• MA200/MA50/Trendline touch
• RSI/MACD divergences

4️⃣ Enter the trend direction:

Example: If the market is in a downtrend and the price is at a pocket, look for sell opportunities.

5️⃣ Stop-loss placement:

A clean SL goes above 65.0% (or slightly under the lowest wick in the pocket).
If the pocket breaks, the setup is invalidated.

6️⃣ Risk-management = key

The golden pocket often offers high-probability entries with strong risk-reward, but only with a stop-loss in place.

🟢 a major HTF trendline;
🟢 a 4H/1D support zone;
