My presentations from this Sabbath. May you be blessed as you contemplate these things
Thanks for your prayers for all who prayed for our meetings here in Arkansas yesterday. We had good attendance and a number of new people. Both messages were introductions to essential components of the last message of mercy. The first, introduced the importance systematic Bible study through Miller's Rules and the second addressed the crisis of insecurity, depression, suicide, and the destruction of the family and offered the solution to humanity's identity crisis. We believe God really blessed the meetings.

Beginning of the Biblical Year

Have you ever wondered if the Bible refers to or presents some kind of calendar? What cycle governed the religious activities of God's people? How were the units of time determined and measured? The Scripture makes reference to months, days and years among others. When does the year begin according to the Word of God? Does it begin according to our calendar? What determines its beginning and end? What does the Biblical evidence tell us?

The Sabbath has come to us here in Australia and we are wrapped in blanket of the Father's love. We are drinking the double portion of wine which assures that we are children of God through Jesus. May you taste of this joy. May you know the peace and tranquillity that comes from this simple truth.

"The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God-the Spirit of the Father and of the Son. Therefore the righteousness revealed by it is the righteousness of God. Now it is only by looking at righteousness that we can know sin and its sinfulness. The law, by which is the knowledge of sin, is not sin, but is the expression of God's righteousness. A man may look at sin, and if he has never seen anything else he will think it is all right. Even one who knows the right, may lose the knowledge of it by looking at sin, so great is the deceitfulness of sin. So the Spirit must reveal the righteousness of God in His law, before the sinner can know sin as sin. The apostle says, "I had not known sin but by the law." Rom. vii. 7. So it is as the revealer of the perfect righteousness of God that the Spirit convinces of sin." {March 23, 1893 EJW, PTUK 81.5}
From my research on the fury of the He-goat, looking at temper.

Whenever little annoyances and trials arise, ask God in silent prayer to give you strength and grace to bear them patiently. There is a power in silence; do not speak a word until you have sent up your petition to the God of heaven. If you will always do this, you will soon overcome your hasty temper, and you will have a little heaven here to go to heaven in. { HS 157.6 }

We must subdue a hasty temper and control our words, and in this we shall gain great victories. Unless we control our words and temper, we are slaves to Satan. We are in subjection to him. He leads us captive. All jangling and unpleasant, impatient, fretful words are an offering presented to his satanic majesty. And it is a costly offering, more costly than any sacrifice we can make for God; for it destroys the peace and happiness of whole families, destroys health, and is eventually the cause of forfeiting an eternal life of happiness. 1T 310
I have just completed writing chapter 23 of my new book. The Fury of the Goat (In Daniel 8). I expect about 4 chapters remaining. It has been a blessed journey with many new points. I thank you for your prayers as we consider the cleansing of the Sanctuary in light of the New Covenant and the blood of grapes.
The comprehensive intercession of Christ in our behalf beautifully laid out by Ellen White:

But Christ is watching. He knows all about our burdens, our dangers, and our difficulties; and He fills His mouth with arguments in our behalf. He fits His intercessions to the needs of each soul, as He did in the case of Peter. Peter himself had not the clear perception necessary to an understanding of his danger. Christ said to him, “Behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat; but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not.” [Luke 22:31, 32.] Our Advocate fills His mouth with arguments to teach His tried, tempted ones to brace against Satan’s temptations. He interprets every movement of the enemy. He orders events. He sends messages to His people, especially to those in leading positions; and He teaches us how to pray with fervency and hold fast with importunity. He would have every soul come to Him with their trials, and not open these trials to men who are sorely tempted and whose lips will be filled with arguments against the ways and methods of the Lord. Those whose ears are opened to hear these arguments will feel aggrieved and will enter into temptation. {Lt 90, 1906, par. 5}
