I'm thinking of my fellow disabled people today on International Workers' Day and trying to hold space for everyone's various relationships to work. Many of us were disabled by our jobs, some of us can't work at all, others are trying to work but are dealing with ableist employment practices, and some of us continue to work, often underpaid or not paid at all.
