I believe that a disabled person's desire for a cure is not inconsistent with disability rights and justice. The problem is the assumption that all disabled people want to be cured. Disabled people are not a monolith - some of us want a cure, and some of us don't. source

我們接觸來自各領域的工作者，從兒童到老人，橫跨上千人，
那些你曾經煩惱過、處理過的真實情境，在這裡不只是經驗，而是資產。
如果你對研究有熱情，
我們有的是田野、故事、數據與人——
從出生幾個月的嬰兒，到百歲長者，遍及全台、海外，一年服務超過五萬人。
但我要誠實說，我們的工作不輕鬆。
你會面對很快的節奏，有時甚至沒有太多準備時間。
你也得習慣很多條理、很多細節、很多行政程序。
但我們不會把你當工具，我們想一起思考、一起選擇、一起完成一件真正重要的事。
你來之後，會一起參與的工作包含：
1. 趨勢觀測：觀測國內政策、輿情、相關報告，瞭解會內單位的現況及目前關注的
議題。
2. 對外發聲：代表組織進行論述研擬以及出席會議。
3. 人才培力：培力會內有意從事倡議的實務工作者及身心障礙者。
我們的工作地點在：台北市文山區萬美街一段55號3樓
工作時間是：週一到週五 早上8:30 到 下午5:30

公共行政、政治學、法律、社會福利、衛生福利、社會學、社會工作、人權、人類
學……相關科系碩士以上學歷。
這不是一份普通的工作。
它不完美，不穩定，也不是天天都能看到成果。
