โ˜€๏ธ REFRENCE : QURAN 4:24

( WOMENS ARE OBJECT FOR ISLAM )

Treatment of Women :

mention of "those your right hands possess" is a reference to slave women, and the idea of owning slaves is really shameful .

Polygamy :

The verse allows for men to marry multiple women under certain conditions, a practice that may find objectionable in terms of gender equality and personal freedom.

Chastity and Compensation :

The emphasis on seeking women for marriage with gifts and desiring chastity may be seen as reinforcing traditional gender roles and commodifying marriage.

The Ayah means, you are prohibited from marrying women who are already married, except those whom you acquire through war , you are allowed to use your money to marry up to four wives and for (the purchase of) as many female slaves as you like, to enjoy them sexually, surrender to them their rightful dowry as compensation

Fear of Allah :

The mention of fearing Allah in the context of marital relations as introducing a religious element into personal relationships, potentially influencing behavior through fear rather than emphasizing mutual understanding and respect.

This verse addresses the waiting period for divorced women

women who have not yet menstruated , allowing for the divorce of prepubescent girls. This raises ethical questions about child marriage and the well-being of young girls.
This shows how islam treat women , how islam is so cruel .

( CHILD MARRIAGE AND RAPE )
PART : 1

The narration in Sahih al-Bukhari 5134 mentions that the Prophet Muhammad (๏ทบ) married Aisha when she was six years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old , this narration critically, expressing concerns about the age difference between Aisha and the Prophet Muhammad, especially at the time of consummation

the acceptance of such a marriage in the past does not justify it from a moral standpoint today. the ethical implications of a marriage between an adult and a prepubescent child is very shameful

โ˜€๏ธSome scholars argue that at that time puberty hit at 9 year age but

I will give proofs that ayesha was accepting herself in hadees that she is not mature enough and don't even know that what were muhommad did with her . Even the father of ayesha was not convinced for this marriage but mashallah naughty and rapist muhommad

( AYESHA'S MATURITY )

I'd like to share another hadith that sheds light on Ayesha's experiences. It appears evident from her narrations that she went through a marriage without her consent, expressing her distress in various instances.

During one incident, Ayesha was playing on a swing with her friends when Um Ruman summoned her. Unaware of the situation, Ayesha was caught by the hand and brought to the door of the house, leaving her breathless. Um Ruman, upon Ayesha's recovery, took it upon herself to rub Ayesha's mouth and head with water. This raises a pertinent question โ€“ if Ayesha was deemed mature enough to make decisions about her marital life, why was she unable to wash her own face? This suggests a lack of maturity on her part. Um Ruman, in fact, had to assist her in the process.

Moreover, the physical manifestation of breathlessness is commonly associated with younger children, indicating Ayesha's youthful age at the time.

Later, Ayesha encountered some Ansari women who extended their wishes and prepared her for marriage. Surprisingly, Allah's Apostle came to her unexpectedly in the forenoon, and her mother handed her over to him when she was merely a 9-year-old girl.

This leads us to two more questions: Why did Muhammad and Ayesha's parents not seek her consent for the marriage? The use of the term "unexpected" in the hadith further strengthens the argument that Ayesha's consent was not considered in this union.

It's worth noting that some may attempt to justify this scenario by drawing parallels with modern times, citing examples of young girls playing with dolls. However, it is essential to critically examine such justifications.

I'd like to delve into another hadith that adds a layer to our understanding of Ayesha's experiences. In this particular narration, Ayesha faced false accusations, leading the Prophet Muhammad (๏ทบ) to consult with Ali bin Abi Talib and Usama bin Zaid. The term "little girl" is used to describe Ayesha, which is significant in understanding her age at the time.

It's important to recognize that Ayesha was already married during this incident. This adds weight to the discussion about her age during the marriage.

( IRONY OF MUHOMMAD )

Let's delve into an intriguing hadith that unveils an interesting aspect of Prophet Muhammad's approach to marriage proposals. Abu Bakr and Umar, two close companions of the Prophet, proposed marriage to Fatimah, the daughter of the Prophet, but he declined, stating, "She is young."

This brings forth a thought-provoking irony. The Prophet, who recognized the youthfulness of his own daughter and declined proposals, had previously married Ayesha when she was merely 9 years old.

Embarking on a reflective journey through a notable hadith, we encounter a distinctive instance where Banu Hisham bin Al-Mughira sought the Prophet's permission for their daughter to marry Ali bin Abu Talib. However, the Prophet declined, stating, "I don't give permission unless Ali bin Abi Talib divorces my daughter."

This situation unveils a thought-provoking irony in the Prophet's approach to marriage proposals. While safeguarding the feelings of his own daughter, the Prophet had previously entered into marriages with a total of eleven women. Among them was Aisha, who, at the time of consummation, was only nine years old.

( PROPHET'S WIVES CONDITION )

In Sahih Bukhari 312, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) sheds light on the dire poverty Muhammad's wives endured. They were forced to confront the harsh reality of menstruation with only a single garment, leaving them to manage their periods in unimaginable conditions.

This revelation is nothing short of shocking. Muhammad, revered as a prophet with divine guidance, failed to provide even the most basic necessities for his wives. Despite marrying multiple women, he couldn't ensure they had proper clothing, exposing his hypocrisy and negligence.

Furthermore, the hadith unveils the appalling conditions his wives endured. They had no choice but to resort to using their own saliva to remove menstrual blood stains from their garments, highlighting the utter lack of resources and support they faced.

( ANIMAL URINE IN ISLAM )

In the vast expanse of Islamic doctrine, an oft-ignored truth awaits discovery. Hadeez Mishkat al-Masabih 515 lays bare a contentious topic seldom explored: the acceptance of animal urine.

As relayed by Al-Baraโ€™ and Jabir, it unveils a stark principle: "There is no harm in the urine of an animal whose flesh may be eaten." Put simply, if you're chomping down on the beast, its pee is fair game too.

But oh, the bitter irony! In today's discourse, we witness Muslims mocking Hindu rituals involving cow urine, all the while oblivious to their own tradition's stance. It's a slap in the face of hypocrisy.

Let's call a spade a spade: we can't mock others while conveniently ignoring our own teachings. It's high time we ditch the arrogance and embrace humility and understanding.

( MUHAMMAD'S EXPLOITATION OF CAPTIVES )

In Tarikh al-Tabari, Volume 8, Page 39, an unsettling account emerges regarding the treatment of captives by Muhammad. Sa'd b. Zayd al-AnลŸฤrฤซ, under Muhammad's command, was dispatched with captives from the Banลซ Qurayzah to Najd. These captives were then traded for horses and arms, depicting a disturbing narrative of exploitation and disregard for human dignity.

This incident sheds light on Muhammad's unethical conduct, as he engaged in the trading of human lives for material gain. Rather than advocating for the humane treatment of captives, Muhammad chose to prioritize his own interests, demonstrating a clear lack of empathy and moral integrity.
