Premium Traffic Allocation Upgrade Pricing Adjustment

We are reaching out to let you know that we made a small pricing change to our Premium Bandwidth Monthly Traffic Allocation Upgrade.

Three months ago, we made major improvements to our premium network — enhancing routing, connection stability, and overall performance. These upgrades have significantly improved the user experience, but they have also increased our operational costs.

To help offset this, we are adjusting the price for upgraded premium monthly traffic allocation in Japan (Osaka), Hong Kong, and Malaysia (Premium) from $9 to $12 per TB.

- This change only affects new traffic allocation upgrade of premium monthly traffic.
- It does not affect your base plan or included traffic.
- If you have already purchased extra monthly premium traffic allocation, your current rate stays the same, unless you change your traffic allocation (upgrade or downgrade).

We completely understand that any price increase can be frustrating, and we have done our best to keep the impact as small and targeted as possible. This change helps us maintain network reliability while continuing to invest in long-term improvements.
