The EVERPOINT 2023 event to celebrate Everscale’s third anniversary will kick off on May 6 at 6 p.m. UAE time with the opening ceremony, where guests will be able to mingle and enjoy local food and live music.

The conference itself will be held on Everscale’s birthday, May 7, from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. UAE time. This will be an official event with networking and panel discussions on the following topics:

Our blockchain turned 3 today! And today marks the end of the official part of the EVERPOINT conference!

The event consisted of panel discussions and one of the most revealing conversations was about the synergy of Everscale and Venom. Here’s a bit of what they discussed:

Everscale and Venom are teaming up to bring the best out of each other. It is easier to modify technology, test projects that do not need regulation, and improve TVM technology on Everscale. Venom, on the other hand, is ideal for white label projects that need regulatory approval. In addition to that, however, there are areas where the two projects will move forward together, including a shared liquidity pool.

New proposal on EVER DAO: attracting new users to Everscale 🔥

EVER DAO needs your votes again, as a proposal to fund the Everscale marketing campaign has appeared on the platform!

❔ Why is this necessary? Competition for the attention of users in the blockchain sector is increasing – attracting new users and retaining existing ones is critical even during the crypto winter.

❕ The proposed solution: the Everscale PR team, Broxus, Blockchain Family, and EverKit have joined forces to form the new Community Boost Alliance (CBA) and developed a comprehensive community support plan consisting of events such as themed quizzes, contests, giveaways, and AMA sessions, as well as the launch of a referral program for influencers.

These initiatives are aimed at increasing the number of active followers on Everscale's social media, raising awareness, and supporting new and existing users of the ecosystem.

The estimated budget for the events is 1,000,000 LEVER (~ $39,000 at the time of publication). The budget will be allocated for the prize pool only.

How Everscale devs joined forces to improve the network ⚙️

Network issues related to attacks on Everscale caused concern among users, but our developers immediately joined forces and took measures to solve the problem.

The developers have published a comprehensive plan to improve the operation of the network and its security for users. It consists of three stages:

🗣 Improvement of the monitoring system will supply devs with more actual (processed) information about the activity on the network

🗣 The devs on the compiler team have created a roadmap with the changes required for a new version of the compiler. A crucial element in the current and subsequent upgrades will be the sync between smart contract and compiler dev teams

🗣 To advance network-wide security, two new protocols are coming to the fore: REMP and SMFT

Everscale is now stronger than ever in the Korean market, and the direct proof is its listing on the Bithumb virtual asset exchange. EVER is now trading in a pair with KRW.
