⚠️ Sandbox Access ⚠️

Participants can access a sandbox development server called Utopia.
Utopia is a dev environment where you build and test systems inside the game.

To gain access you must:
• Download the EVE Frontier Launcher
• Add the Utopia server
• Register your account through the launcher

Follow the setup steps below.

Step-by-step access instructions:

1 — Download the launcher
Download the EVE Frontier Launcher
https://evefrontier.com/en/download

2 — Add the Utopia test server
Depending on your platform, add Utopia to the launcher.

Windows
Right-click the desktop shortcut → Properties
Add the following to the end of the Target field:
--frontier-test-servers=Utopia

Mac
Open Terminal and run:
cd /Applications; open 'EVE Frontier.app/' --args --frontier-test-servers=Utopia

3 — Select the Utopia server
Once the launcher opens:
• Look at the server dropdown in the bottom-right corner
• Select Utopia

4 — Register your account
Click Register and fill in your details.
You will see a prompt asking for a verification code.

Access provisioning
Registering through the launcher creates your account, but access permissions are granted separately.
• We will run the first provisioning script tomorrow
• Additional registrations will be processed periodically during the hackathon

Once provisioning runs, your account will automatically receive access to the Utopia sandbox server.

One account per participant
Please register one account per participant.
Additional accounts may be provided during the hackathon if required, but must first be requested through Discord.
