Requirement/Qualification:
-MSc. or BSC in water resource management and related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-At least 4 years of experience for first degree holder and 2-year experience for Post graduate holder with Water Supply and Sanitation design and supervision activities.
-Demonstrated experience in managing labor and material at construction site.
-Knowledge of SPHERE standard and Project Cycle management is an asset.

-Minimum of 15 years working experience. Out of these, at least five years of experience in planning, assessment, study, and design of rural and peri urban water and sanitation facilities. Experience in lowland regions of Ethiopia is a plus.
