Got questions about getting your ESNcard? Here are some quick answers to the most common ones 👇
1️⃣ What if I can’t pick up my ESNcard myself? No problem! You can ask a friend to pick it up for you during office hours.
2️⃣ Do I really need a picture? Yes. Without a picture, your ESNcard is not valid. This means you may have to pay extra at events, parties, and sports activities, so make sure to bring one.
3️⃣ I signed up and paid but haven’t heard anything. What should I do? Don’t worry! We are all volunteers and do our best to prepare your card as quickly as possible. If you haven’t received an update yet, you can come to the office hours and we can make your card on the spot.
4️⃣ Do I need to preregister? No. You can also get your ESNcard directly during office hours without preregistering.
5️⃣ Can I pay in cash? Yes! Cash payments are accepted.
