setting aside how breathtakingly politically bankrupt it is for labour to STILL blame thatcher some 40 year on, what he's really saying is that we need 'subsidiarity' (the clearinghouse 'sold' from bottom-up perspective), government 'liberalisation' of economics (which leaves central bank powers completely intact), and industrialisation mysteriously to return, in spite of the ever-higher energy prices which the fabian soc... sorry, labour are responsible for.
