it’s a common pattern. the soviet union almost collapsed in 1921. then, Lenin’s NEP was brought in, along with the recreation of Gosbank. Iraq and Afghanistan all had their central banks restructured or replaced as a first-order priority

now, take a look at third world nations, post-colonialism. practically each and every nation created a central bank. and why?

because the international banking system refused to lend to them unless they did.
