Biographies - Climate and capital conference, 2022

quite the interesting gathering... includes nick robins, sarah breeden, frank van lerven, nicholas stern, ... practically a who's who of 'sustainable finance'

practically a who's who of 'stranded assets'

their entire ‘research’ catalogue comes across incredibly fabien-esque, especially their early material

heres the Basel/NGFS argument (pricing capital) laid out in national terms, without stating the mechanism itself

i could carry on with the ‘definitely-not-fabian-society’ aka NEF pamphlets. they’ve essentially laid out the entire programme, though in small fragments. not sure there’s a point, however. feels like beating a dead horse at this stage.

you must feel very confident in your ability to censor. i personally wouldn’t be. to me, that’s an engineering challenge.

people know something’s wrong, but they struggle to argue exactly what it is. the ‘third way’ inherits both features of the left and right, so the two camps can argue forever whether it’s socialism or capitalism.

call it third way (uk/us), third system (ifda), bernstein’s public private partnerships, reinicke’s trisectoral network (un), or the new economic policy (lenin)

oh wait - NEF… the new economic foundation. golly, it’s another coincidence. a foundation-funded ‘civil society organisation’ (aka NGO) controlling the purposive ethic, for the public and private to implement.

the NGO’s the one quietly in charge. and that NGO is funded by the foundations.

It was miserable weather for months at the start of the year. It rained practically every day. Last year, continuous rain ruined the harvests per clarkson’s farm.

So when the local water company sent us a ‘please help us save water, we are running short’ circular through mail, it deserves to be treated with the appropriate amount of respect… ie to be discarded promptly.

Quite clearly they didn’t spent a single penny on infrastructure repair because there’s no way we should be running dry given the factual circumstances.

Really am tired of the non stop lies with impunity.

the rockefeller logo looks like a sphere closing.

closing the (systems theory) loop?

lets see...

the Rockefeller Foundation funded ICSU (leading to the 'best science available')
the Rockefeller Foundation funded SCOPE (the carbon/nitrogen/water/... cycle)
the Rockefeller Foundation funded IIASA (the 'black box' modelling/east-west convergence)
the Rockefeller Foundation funded Trisectoral Networks (the global governance model, controlled by the NGO)
the Rockefeller Foundation funded the development of the 'impact investing' initiative (private wealth extraction of the public through 'NGO' defined 'ethic' or 'social good')
.
science -> measurement -> modelling -> governance -> settlement

all funded by Rockefeller

they didn't fund research. they progressively developed a structure, implemented in parallel through the various global governance organisations.

don't get me started on rothschild.

future foundations must stick to the 'ethics code'

you know the script from here on im sure

'This task force, chaired by Jamie Merisotis, president and CEO of Lumina Foundation...'

who tf is lumina?

https://cof.org/news/council-foundations-announces-creation-ethics-task-force
oh great, some UNESCO style foundation

https://www.luminafoundation.org/about/
oh wait, here it is - it's the clearinghoue applied to NGOs

https://www.ngosource.org/who-we-are
oh yeah, the treasury approved their approach, and they've started working 'voluntary' checks soon to become mandatory
so just as CBDCs with conditionality ensures individual transactions adhere to 'the common good', 'impact investing' does same for larger scale funding, third world aid likewise has 'ethical' objectives associated, and ESG ties corporate debt to 'ethics', NGOsource does the same with 'goodwill' 'philanthropy'
