twitter's all out censorship is so blatant. none of the 'top' search results for 'escapekey' has any visibility, any likes, any retweets.
'latest' don't show virtually all recent tweets, and still show enormeous gaps (though not a 6 month continuous gap between march and september of last year)...
it strikes me as directly curated by now. every revision filters more problematic material.

he bought twitter, allowed a handful of accounts to grow very large; those were the ones which would dominate all feeds down the line. and they all stayed within the overton window, or the offered monetisation would go.
anyone going viral on twitter doesn't threaten the status quo.

they were offered to pretty hardcore left-wing radicals, who suddenly totally turned centrist or right overnight. russell brand did the same stunt. for over a decade he promoted monistic views, then suddenly, he 'saw the light' and became christian.
and incidentally, the 'twitter files' yielded absolutely nothing. but they were necessary to give musk traction among the skeptics
