oh i see… so this is much like 'financial inclusivity' which is about onboarding people without digital id... it’s about onboarding people presently outside the system in context of ‘insurance’ - where ‘insurance’ then links to work, healthcare, education, … so it's 'insuring' that you'll be a captured node in the system
