KST in essence is cybernetic 'altruistic' communism

'altruism' in this regard is inverted. it's not someone being altruistic - it's you serving the 'altruistic' needs of others (and you have no way of influencing that).

and for you to become 'altruistic' they need to brainwash you through 'education' (UNESCO), culture (also UNESCO), and have AI Ethics distort replies in a direction more favourable to desired 'ethical' objective - and Neuroethics will implement that at the brain barrier, taking us to Huxley's transhumanism
