supposedly this is it
i have read some boring documents in my time, but since this no doubt quietly relates to transhumanism, im sure it'll be wrapped in feel-good language and Aesopian terminology

Another thing people don’t appear to have paid attention to is the combination of Huxley’s trans humanism with Marx’s fragment on machines. The latter integrates the general intellect with the machine begging the question - who’s in charge under Huxley’s vision?

If the system was sold as ‘Efficient’ you could argue against it by saying ‘I prefer Freedom to Efficiency’.
But when it is sold as ‘Safety’ or ‘Equity’ the argument changes. To oppose the system is to be unsafe or inequitable.
The autopilot is a ‘moral’ machine. I does not say ‘do this’ - it says ‘do this, or you’re a bad person’.

… best as i sit and relax, some moron intelligence idiot starts with the predictable defense of Teilhard, which then took my brain to Carus as the bridge between the structure and Spinoza… and then it suddenly clicked how W Cave Thomas fits into the picture…

1. Define the Mean (what is healthy, normal, sustainable, aligned)
2. Measure deviation (surveillance, metrics, scoring)
3. Enforce compliance (access control, accreditation, exclusion)
4. Update parameters (the Mean evolves, the loop continues)

it’s not quite down to the level of a 30-second elevator pitch, but it’s not far off either.

Oh I stand corrected - I’ve lost a paid subscriber. Yeah, that makes complete sense.
Fuck you, GCHQ. You communists better hope you win before the people realise the level you’ve betrayed their trust.

it’s one of those agreements - the May 23, 1972 one - that simply beggars belief it has not received more attention.

We’ve discussed this treaty before — but that’s no reason to let it go.

The reason they seek to push Europe into a state of artificial energy scarcity, is because scarcity calls for management.
They couldn’t care less about you. You’re a data point which requires inversion to become ‘Net Zero’.

i also ‘like’ that on Dec 8, I had higher revenue than now, but fewer paid subs. makes total sense, when the platform is as corrupt as the case clearly is.
meanwhile, after the drop in followers when i posted the three-part ‘Autopilot’ essay, it has picked up a bit again. all in all, i lost around 30 followers due to that trilogy, which to me makes absolutely no sense because it wasn’t a complex essay at all.
not that i trust those stats either. substack behaves identically to how i experienced Twitter, before deleting the account.
it’s intelligence. has to be.
