this was the final tweet which was 'allowed' to go semi-viral. 110k impressions trails 'establishment approved content tweets' by a wide margin, when considering retweets and quote tweets.
twitter, already by then, was cooked. really horribly cooked.
what strikes me, scrolling that timeline, is how most of those tweets are from 2023. this was well into 2024 (mid february). it also strikes me that most of those tweets saw the kind of response which i never saw late on.
500 likes and 20 retweets? hah, later it would turn out mechanical 2:1 likes to retweets and the likes.
