but of thouse they will
see, what Carnegie’s Peace/Hague 1899+1907 efforts led to, was a ‘clearinghouse’ installed to determine what is legit use of violence, and what is not.
The EU is as hyper-corrupt as they come. So I am utterly unsurprised that an organisation, supposedly led by a woman whose texts to the Pfizer CEO were deleted with complete impunity refers to another hyper-corrupt organisation.

i wrote the below a while back. i suddenly realise - this is what's taken place with especially higher education, isnt it?

In the aftermath of Sputnik (1957), fear of the communist threat swept across the United States, with commentators apocalyptically predicting the inevitable victory of worldwide communism.

alright, let’s see how many followers i’ll lose because of that one, totally organic of course.
it’s not exactly hard to document the seams between the layers.
there’s nothing democratic about any of this.

In a way I’m shocked that those Burstein and Negoita papers are public. They essentially describe a way to turn… life itself into systems theory, implementable through AI.
Except it’s a closed system and all practical experience shows that it doesn’t actually work.

funny how all these papers suddenly appear after you’ve reverse engineered the principle…

cheers, Opus. this is also interesting because that’s around the time Koestler’s holarchies began to make an impact...

that means kabbalah systems theory is the net, logical outcome, and through systems theory, it can integrate... life... with artificial intelligence and computer logic… poorly.

in short - it’s not ‘AI taking over’, initially, it’s life being made legible as a state disgram, and then later governed via model + feedback + actuation, where AI slots in naturally because AI is a control system
1. life gets transitioned into a state
2. governance becomes a control system
3. the transition to global super-AI flows naturally, because governance and life are already formatted to fit the system
that is how Burstein and Negoita’s Kabbalah System Theory fits in.

life gets transitioned into a state via systems theory. think systems psychology, integral theory, general systems theory, the Macy Conferences…
step 2 is first+second order cybernetics, proletkult and cultural frameworks, critical theory…
Wonham then straddles the two, integrating all aspects.
my framework (rails) is the operationalisation of Wonham’s Internal Model Principle.

the main point of AI then is that it can be audited at a later point in time. the system is ultimately predictable, but when it doesnt behave to expectation, it can be audited.
and that's why AGI is a complete red herring. because AGI reintroduces human unpredictability, which is not desireable if you seek to automate the running of 'spaceship earth'

so not only are they aligning the databases with the AI control system, they are also formatting all organisations, institutions, protocols etc to align with this integration. that’s why life appears so drab compared to years ago.
