The Intellectual Policy Debate, conducted by WIUT (Westminster International University in Tashkent) in collaboration with academic and professional partners, invites students from across Uzbekistan πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Ώ to submit original research and policy proposals addressing key challenges in the fields of Green Economy and Creative Economy.

Phase 1: Research Submission & Peer Review

Participants must:

1️⃣ Identify one existing, real problem in case of Uzbekistan in either:
🌱 Green Economy or 🎨 Creative Economy

2️⃣ Develop a clear and evidence-based policy recommendation addressing that problem.

Your extended abstract (900–1000 words) should:
βœ”οΈClearly define the problem (context, scale, relevance to Uzbekistan)
βœ”οΈExplain why the problem matters economically
βœ”οΈPropose a concrete policy solution
βœ”οΈJustify the recommendation using theory, data, or comparative examples
βœ”οΈBriefly outline implementation considerations (feasibility, risks, budget trade-offs)
