The Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) is an organizational structure run jointly by the CDC and the FDA. It’s a reporting system that accepts and analyzes the reports of adverse events following vaccination in order to try and determine whether the vaccine in question caused those adverse events.
