After several months of work, we now have the Automated Genesis Lost EOS key recovery process available to you. We are glad to open up the process on https://eosauthority.com/lostkey. We had a couple of tests an hour ago and it correctly started the reset process. We are now pleased to open it up to the wider community.

Please note, you can only use this process if you answer yes to all the questions
- I held EOS as ERC-20 tokens on Ethereum
- I have an account on the EOS Mainnet
- I do not have the EOS Private key
- I have never used my EOS account
- I have to wait for 30 days
- I can sign a message with my Ethereum private key

You have to wait for 30 days for the recovery process. You also need to sign a message with your Ethereum private key to complete the process. This can be done with Metamask, Ledger or My Ether wallet.

Go to the link above, watch the video, read the FAQs, etc. You should not lose your EOS keys. If you do, you can’t reset it again.

Do NOT give your private keys to anyone, Do NOT pay anyone for this service.
