RT @StephenM: So-called higher education in this country is involved in a brazen scheme to violate the civil rights of students and would-be faculty by discriminating on the basis of race and sex.

Such conduct is flagrantly illegal and will not be tolerated.

RT @MarioNawfal: 🇺🇸 RUBIO: WE SHUT DOWN THE CENSORSHIP MACHINE

The Trump administration has officially axed the Global Engagement Center (GEC)—an office Rubio claims was weaponized to muzzle free speech, and calls the “censorship-industrial complex."

Rubio made it clear: “GEC is dead. It will not return.”

The center, originally built to fight terrorist propaganda, morphed under Obama into a broader “disinformation” watchdog, which just meant targeting conservative voices.

Rubio also torched groups like NewsGuard and the Global Disinformation Index (GDI), which took State Department dollars and then flagged conservative media as “risky”—hitting them where it hurts: ad revenue.

NewsGuard’s ties to longtime Democrat operatives didn’t exactly ease concerns— Elon called them a “scam.”

With the GEC gone and funding dried up, Rubio says the administration is making good on its promise to “liberate American speech.”

RT @PeteHegseth: The brand-new “NATIONAL DEFENSE AREA” is now operational at the border. We’re going down to see our troops ON MISSION.

We will fully SEAL the border & REPEL all illegals attempting to cross.

Feels good to seal OUR OWN BORDER, not somebody else’s.

@iamyesyouareno: How about if we just ask her to add two digit numbers in public? Bet she can’t 😂

RT @FBIDirectorKash: Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week.

We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest.

Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.

We will have more to share soon. Excellent work

RT @ScottPresler: Spoke to a Pennsylvania voter whose husband received a letter from the Luzerne County Board of Elections that he was changed to no party affiliated.

(He never changed his party.)

Sure enough, we checked & changed it back to Republican.

Please check your Pennsylvania voter registration status RIGHT NOW.

If you are NOT registered as a Republican, you can NOT vote in the Republican primary on May 20th.

The last day to register to vote is May 5th.

To be clear, there is no explicit rule limiting the reach of links in posts.

The algorithm tries (not always successfully) to maximize user-seconds on 𝕏, so a link that causes people to cut short their time here will naturally get less exposure.

Best to post a text/image/video summary of what’s at the link for people to view and then decide if they want to click the link.

RT @_jaybaxter_: The reason posts with links sometimes get lower reach is not because they are explicitly downranked by any evil rule or logic. It's just because posts with links get fewer engagements (e.g. likes) per view

In Twitter 1.0 days, there was a model that explicitly upranked posts with links based on the predicted click probability to counteract this.

(That said, it's my personal opinion that links are the lifeblood of the internet and I would personally like to browse a For You feed that upranks posts with good links)
