- Most peptides promoted by doctors/physios/chiros rely on preclinical evidence only animal, petri-dish, or test-tube studies, never human trials.
- The one notable peptide with a human study had only 12 patients and severe methodological
flaws not trustworthy.
- Peptides can do more harm than good.
- Trustworthy peptides need long-term human trials and personalization to your baseline
peptide levels.
