Consistency before intensity.

Start small and become the kind of person who shows up every day. Build a new identity.

Then increase the intensity.

I’ve been using a little trick to calm anxiety. Slow down every activity you are doing. If you are typing an email, start typing really slowly, if you are washing your face, do it really slowly.
Our brain gets the signal that everything is fine and there’s no woolly mammoth running after us and you’ll see that you’ll calm down and your heart rate will slow down.

There is a rare breed of people that go all in.

when a bird sits on a branch it isn't afraid of the branch breaking. for the bird's trust was never in the branch, but in it's own wings.

like the bird you too must not place your trust in the hope that every circumstance will hold steady. but rather in your own ability to rise, no matter the outcome.

you will never the see the heights of your capabilities if you don't give yourself the chance to fly. and you will never fly if you don't start trusting your own wings.
