I could not think of a good caption for this video, but I think that it already speaks for itself.
There are times when playing on the original console is a hassle.
My PS2 Slim (model 9006) has been with me since 2009, but now it has some problem regarding the fan, after 2-5 minutes it starts spinning very fast and with a very distracting and loud noise.
Also, there is the issue of not having any display with RCA anymore, and resorting to convert the video signal do HDMI and the audio to a external speaker. I had to resort to a USB hub to power the converter and speaker directly into the console in order to have a spare USB port to my ISOs.
Bought another fan, and the noise problem still persists.
Well, I think is time to officially retire my PS2 and just emulate everything.
First pic is PCSX2 on my desktop with a very mild upscaling (the color difference is because I forgot to turn off the night light on my PC). Second pic is the PS2 signal converted to HDMI.

I saw it on a YT video and decided to check out. A mod for Half-Life 2 that replaces Alyx with Krystal from Star Fox, with custom voice lines and weapons.
The Linux port of HL2 don't seems to support mods properly so I had to run it via Proton, that's the reason for the weird font on the subtitles.
Footaged that I recorded with my 5:4 display, looked appropriate for this game lol

No I am NOT a furry, alright? I just like the character, that's all.

A awesome video on note-taking apps.
I started with simple txt files for study, but then I had the need for pasting images and writing math formulas on the files.
Started with a giant Libreoffice document, but writing math formulas there sucks.
Then moved to Zim Wiki, but the weird formatting is a no-go for migrating notes to another program.
After that, Markdown stuff with Joplin (but the dual-panel layout is a fundamental flaw in these kinds of apps), then tried to make everything inside VSCodium, then tried to learn Emacs (that's when I realized the overcomplication).
And don't get me started on LaTeX
Zettlr, QOwnNotes, Vnotes, etc...
Ended up digging into Obsidian like most people, even though it's not open-source. Maybe now I can focus on actually taking some notes lol.
TLDR; don't overcomplicate such a simple thing as taking notes

A 30 minute video about opening up a text box and typing something into it for later, made for people who watch videos about doing that rather than just getting work done.
