• ثانياً: الجدية في الطلب

• ثالثاً: طبيعة المنتجات الرقمية
نحن نقدم خدمات ومنتجات رقمية حصرية، ولا نقدم خدمات مجانية أو عينات تجريبية خارج نطاق العروض المعلنة.
• رابعاً: المسؤولية الفنية (الأهم)
يتحمل المشتري كامل المسؤولية عن امتلاك المهارة والخبرة اللازمة لاستخدام المنتج/الثغرة قبل الشراء. بمجرد استلام البيانات، لا يحق للمشتري المطالبة باسترجاع المبلغ أو التعويض بسبب عدم معرفته بكيفية الاستخدام أو استصعاب الخطوات، طالما أن المنتج يعمل تقنياً.
• خامساً: سرية المنتج (الإضافة الجديدة لحمايتك)
يُمنع منعاً باتاً مشاركة المنتج أو تفاصيله مع أي طرف ثالث (بائعين آخرين أو وسطاء) دون إذن مسبق. مشاركة المنتج مع طرف ثالث تُسقط حق المشتري في أي دعم فني أو مراجعة للطلب.
• سادساً: التعديلات والتحديثات
المنتج الرقمي (ثغرة/طريقة) يُباع بحالته وقت الشراء. المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تحديثات تجريها المنصة (سناب/انستا/غيره) بعد عملية البيع، ولا يلتزم بتقديم بدائل في حال تم إغلاق الثغرة مستقبلاً من قِبل الشركة الأم.
• سابعاً: منع "التدخل الخارجي"
يُمنع المشتري من استخدام أطراف ثالثة أو "خبراء" خارجيين كمقيمين للمنتج. التقييم والحكم على فعالية المنتج يكون بين المشتري والبائع، وذلك لضمان عدم تسريب بيانات المنتج لمنافسين.
• ثامناً: الاحترام والاحترافية
أي تجاوز لفظي، سب، أو تهديد بالتشويه في القنوات العامة قبل التواصل لحل المشكلة ودياً، يُسقط حق المشتري في أي دعم فني ويؤدي لحظر التعامل معه نهائياً، مع احتفاظ المتجر بحق الرد ونشر الإثباتات.

تنبيه: إرسال المبلغ هو بمثابة "توقيع إلكتروني" منك بالموافقة على كل ما ورد أعلاه.
