feat(webui): translate every tool into 12 more languages

Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Vietnamese and Indonesian join English and Simplified Chinese, for the shell and every tool. The Tricky Store manager's own strings sit beside Tricky Addon's `ta` group, which stays as upstream ships it.

DuckDetector is an open-source Android environment detection tool. Its 15 detectors — covering everything from the bootloader and TEE to Zygisk, LSPosed, mount anomalies, and more — look for evidence of root, hooking, tampering, and virtualization using Kotlin alongside native C++ and assembly probes.
It supports Android 10 and later and does not require root access. Scans run locally on your device, and every finding is backed by the evidence that produced it.

When we discover a new detection vector, we first report it privately to the developers of the affected root, hooking, or modification solution. We disclose the detection publicly only after the issue has been addressed, helping improve the ecosystem without unnecessarily exposing active detection techniques.
