💬 – "I came into the IT field entirely by chance, based on a recommendation from a close friend. I started working at a product IT Company as a QA engineer. Thanks to my supervisor, I realized that I wanted to pursue project management in the future. To achieve this goal, I studied databases, C++, worked as a UI/UX designer, a QA automation engineer, a QA manager, partially product owner, and an iOS developer, which eventually led me to my current position as a project manager".

🫠 In his free time, Konstantin likes to cook meat and go out with friends. He also have a lovely dog Yorkee 😁

🥳 On December 6th, we celebrate the 2nd anniversary of the DSR Tashkent office. Two years ago, DSR Corporation officially established an office in Uzbekistan, though the team had joined us a year earlier.

🫴 We congratulate our colleagues in Uzbekistan! All of you have instantly become an integral part of our multicultural, world-class software engineering team, showcasing passionate dedication to our motto: Doing Software Right!

Uzbekistan became the second country in Asia, after Japan, where DSR opened its offices. During the first year, DSR Tashkent achieved several milestones 🔝 The office joined the IT Park of Uzbekistan and launched DSR's software development and QA courses for students in Tashkent. The team has grown to over 25 engineers and now occupies two floors. Way to go, DSR Tashkent!

✔️ This was announced after the "IT Park 2024: Achievements and Vision" event, where the results of 2023 were presented. The event brought together foreign experts, representatives of the public sector, residents, and partners of IT Park.

📈 By the end of the year, the number of residents in IT Park reached 1,652, with services amounting to $1 billion. The words of Sherzod Shermatov, Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, confirm that the export of ITES services in all regions increased and the total volume exceeded $344 million

💬 — "We appreciate the government's strategic attention to the IT sector. DSR operates worldwide - with startups as well as global brands. I am confident that decades of accumulated expertise will allow us to make a significant contribution to the realization of ambitious tasks in developing modern technologies in Uzbekistan. ‼️ LF Decentralized Trust recently hosted an online meetup, where speakers explored Hyperledger Indy on Besu, a public permissioned blockchain built on Ethereum, designed to support Self-Sovereign Identity Solutions.

⭐️ Renata Toktar, DSR’s Lead Software Engineer led the session. The meetup also included real-world use case examples and a live demonstration of issuing and verifying SSI credentials using Indy on Besu.

⚡️Matt Nelson from Consensys, Nischal Sharma from Web3 Labs, and Mateus Sousa from CPQD joined the session and shared their expertise.

☄️ DSR Conducts Training for FEUP Students on Self Sovereign Identity and Blockchain

🟢 Renata Toktar, DSR’s Lead Software Engineer, conducted a training session on Self Sovereign Identity and Blockchain for students on October 21. Antonio Neto, Manager of the Apps Team in Porto, was responsible for organizing the logistics.

📍 Held at FEUP, Engineering University of Porto, the training was organized within the context of the partnership between DSR and JuniFEUP.

✏️ During the training, students learned what Self Sovereign Identity is, how it is used, and how it interconnects with Blockchain.

By the end of the session, attendees gained valuable insights that will aid them in their future careers.

🔈 DSR at the CSA Member Meeting in Budapest

DSR Leaders attended the CSA Member Meeting in Budapest, Hungary, on 4-7 November 2024.

⚡️ Our team demonstrated Multi-Protocol Gateway Middleware with Multi-PAN feature and Zigbe-to-Matter Bridge.

Moreover, DSR participated in a range of sessions for Zigbee, Matter, and Product Security.

A Multi-Protocol Gateway with Multi-PAN allows seamless communication across different IoT protocols (Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi) in a single system, while a Zigbee-to-Matter Bridge enables older Zigbee devices to connect with new Matter ecosystems.

📌 DSR Corporation joined the Connectivity Standards Alliance in 2012.
