မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့က ကြီးမှူး၍ ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ အီဂျစ် အာရပ်သမ္မတနိုင်ငံသံရုံးမှ သံရုံးယာယီတာဝန်ခံ Mr. Ahmed Abadallah Mahmoud Atiya El-Tahlawy က “Gaza Recovery, Reconstruction and Development Plan” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ဟောပြောပွဲတစ်ရပ်ကို ရန်ကုန်မြို့ရှိ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့ရုံး အစည်းအဝေးခန်းမ၌ ၇-၄-၂၀၂၅ ရက်၊ ၁၀:၀၀ နာရီတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။ အဆိုပါဟောပြောပွဲသို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမဟာဗျူဟာနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာလေ့လာရေးအဖွဲ့မှ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၊ ဝါရင့်သုတေသီများနှင့် လက်ထောက်သုတေသီများ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့ကြပါသည်။

Talk on “Gaza Recover, Reconstruction and Development Plan” by Mr. Ahmed Abadallah Mahmoud Atiya El-Tahlawy

The Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS) organized a Talk on “Gaza Recover, Reconstruction and Development Plan” by Mr. Ahmed Abadallah Mahmoud Atiya El-Tahlawy, Chargé ď Affaires of the Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Yangon, at 1000 hours on 7 April 2025 at the meeting room of the MISIS in Yangon. The members of the MISIS, senior researchers and assistant researchers were attended to the Talk.

၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ်အလွန် ဗဟုဝင်ရိုးကမ္ဘာတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကြုံတွေ့ရမည့် စိန်ခေါ်မှုများနှင့် အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ဖိုရမ်တွင် ပါဝင်တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ် မတ်လ ၂၈ရက်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် လှုပ်ခတ်ခဲ့သည့် ပြင်းထန်ငလျင်ကြီးကြောင့် အသက်ပေါင်းများစွာ ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရပြီး အိုအိမ်စည်းစိမ်များစွာ ပျက်စီးဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရခြင်းအတွက် တုန်လှုပ်ခဲ့ရပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ မိတ်ဆွေများဖြစ်ပြီး ကောင်းမွန်သော စေတနာထားရှိကြသည့် ကျွန်ုပ်တို့သည် ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲဖွယ် အသက်ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက် အလွန်ပင် ထပ်တူ ဝမ်းနည်းကြေကွဲရပြီး အသက်ဆုံးရှုံးခဲ့ရသူများ၏ မိသားစုများအပေါ် ရင်နှင့်ထပ်တူ စာနာဝမ်းနည်းကြရပါသည်။

ရဲစွမ်းသတ္တိရှိကြသော မြန်မာပြည်သူများသည် ယခုဘေးဒုက္ခဆိုးကြီးကို တွန်းလှန်ရန်အတွက် ညီညွတ်စွာအတူရပ်တည်ကြပြီး ယခင်နှင့်မတူသည့် တောင့်တင်းခိုင်မာသော အင်အားများ ဖြစ်ထွန်းလာကြလိမ့်မည်ဟု ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ယုံကြည်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာပြည်သူများသည် နက်ရှိုင်းလှသောယဉ်ကျေးမှု အရင်းအမြစ်များမှ ထွက်ပေါ်လာသည့် အားမာန်များရယူကာ တောက်ပသော အနာဂတ်အတွက် သူတို့၏ လှပသော နိုင်ငံကို တစ်ဆင့်ချင်း တစ်လွှာချင်း ပြန်လည်တည်ဆောက် တည်ဆောက်ကြပါလိမ့်မည်။

The participants of the Forum on Myanmar 2025: Challenges and Opportunities in the Multipolar World are shocked and dismayed by the extensive loss of life and damage to property due to the strong earthquake that rocked Myanmar on 28 March 2025.

As friends and well-wishers of Myanmar, we wish to express our profound condolences on account of the tragic loss of lives and express our heartfelt empathy to the families of the victims.

We are confident that the brave people of Myanmar will stand up unitedly to fight this calamity and emerge stronger than ever before. Brick by brick, they will rebuild their beautiful country, drawing strength from their deep civilizational roots and a vision for a bright future.
