During the long process of preparing for the Civil Services Examination, students often face various emotional challenges. At times, these emotions overwhelm them and impact their mental health and performance.
Keeping this in mind, Drishti IAS organized 7 shift-wise sessions on the topic: "Understanding and Managing Emotions" on the 11th and 12th of September at its Lucknow branch. Students participated with great enthusiasm and benefited from the guidance of experts on this subject.
During these sessions, students also had the opportunity to interact personally with experts and resolve their issues.
In the interest of students, we will continue to organize such programs in the future as well.
