Trichosanthes Dioica is a very good remedy for acute relapse of ulcerative colitis or cancer of the colon, where the presentation resembles Arsenic Alb eg. Frequent watery stools, vomiting, thirst, burning, restlessness, great prostration, perspiration, imperceptible pulse.

1) A history of tuberculosis.

2) Thick ropy mucus secretion.

3) Sleepiness after eating.

4) Bleeding gums.

5) This is the best drainage remedy also in cases where multiple lymph nodes are affected.
