[ISSUE RESOLVED: BSA Retakers with AH Enlistment Issue]

Good Day!

The BCG Student Support Team would like to formally update you that, according to the Archers Hub Team, the INCORRECT "PASSED" REMARK ON COURSES WITH 2.0 RETENTION GRADE IN ARCHERS HUB HAS NOW BEEN FIXED.

Students who need to retake their required courses are advised to enlist in them on their Archers Hub accounts through the Enlistment tab.

If you have already clicked "Final Submit," you can still adjust your courses through the 'Apply Add/Drop' tab, starting 30 April 2026 (8:01 AM).

If all of the sections in your courses to be retaken are full, we highly recommend to petition for more slots. However, kindly note that the section increases would still depend on DAC's capability to find a suitable professor and room. Kindly adjust your schedules if these courses are far from being full.

The rule on students who have filled out the [RVR-COB] Manual Enlistment for Approved Cases that caters to graduating students with 1-2 terms left and students who will overload this term may still be used. However, you are still free to enlist in your courses to be retaken once they are available on your end.

Good day, Lasallians!

The Deadline for Confirmation of Enrollment (Final Submit) is April 30, 2026 at 8:00AM. Ensure to click final submit to avoid auto dropping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CLICK FINAL SUBMIT?
- You cannot make any changes after clicking Final Submit, so ensure that your schedule is final before proceeding.

WHAT IF I FAIL TO CLICK FINAL SUBMIT?
- You will not be enrolled for the term. You will also not be able to participate in the Adjustment Period.

WHAT IF THE DEADLINE IS NEAR BUT MY SCHEDULE IS STILL NOT FINAL?
- We suggest you click Final Submit right before the deadline, regardless if the schedule is final or not. You can still modify your schedule in the adjustment period.

After clicking Final Submit, you can upload the your proof in the Google Forms for verification processes: animo.li/USGFinalSubmitProofForms
