We acknowledge your concerns regarding the sudden increase in LCC slots earlier around 2:00 AM. This matter has already been raised with the concerned admin, and the team will be reviewing the enlistment results today.

Based on initial coordination, the increase in slots will hopefully be around 7:00–8:00 AM, tomorrow.

[📢 OVPIA x WELFARE UPDATE: ADD/DROP CLARIFICATION]

Good morning, Lasallians!

We’ve noticed some confusion regarding the Add/Drop schedule, so here’s a quick clarification:

• April 27 – May 2 (Adjustment Period April 28-May 2):
No fees will be charged for adding or dropping courses.

• Starting May 3:
Retention fees will begin to apply depending on the date of withdrawal.

Please refer to the schedule below for guidance:
– May 3 – May 9: 90% refund / 10% retention fee
– May 10 – May 16: 50% refund / 50% retention fee
– May 17 – May 31: 0% refund / 100% retention fee
– June 1 – July 4: Withdrawal of courses (100% retention fee)

Hello, Lasallians!

In line with the enlistment pause from April 23, 9:00 PM to April 25, 1:00 PM, we would like to clarify the following:

Students who were able to save and submit their enlistment prior to the pause will not be affected. Your enlisted courses remain secured.

The enlistment pause is primarily intended to allow the resolution and sorting of concerns for students with pending enlistment issues. This does not in any way impact those who have already successfully enlisted.

For all students that has a “This activity has ended” prompt in the Important Dates in their Dashboard in Archers Hub (such as the one in the screenshot below), please take note that:

📌 Your schedules are still being updated by the AH team; and
📌 Your registered courses will not be auto-dropped.

Students who also only clicked “Next and Submit” may still be able to click “Final Submit” once enlistment resumes on Monday, April 27.

Courses that are enlisted may still be seen in the ‘Registered Courses’ tab.
