General, JAWS, NVDA, Chrome: If you try to download one of my scripts or add-ons using Chrome and you see a message like "can't be downloaded securely" or a file name that starts with the word "unconfirmed," that's a Chrome change that makes you press a Keep button before the download will finish. Press the Keep button and you should see the file as normal.
General, Windows 10 2004 upgrade: PSA: If you have problems with your audio after upgrading to Windows 10 build 2004, see if any tips at the following page I just wrote help you: http://www.dlee.org/sound2004.htm

This covers volume issues, stereo/mono problems, echos, stuttering sound, and a few other symptoms, based on things I've experienced myself or heard about from several other people.
JAWS, Skype: Script revision 178 released, with automatic fixing of the Skype 8.63 ChromeLegacyWindow issue until Microsoft fixes it internally. I said I wouldn't, then I did it anyway! This is what I did for Teams a few months ago for the same reason.

JAWS, TeamSpeak: Script revision 260 posted with roughly 15 fixes and improvements; see release notes and download at http://www.dlee.org/teamspeak/
JAWS, Microsoft Teams: Script revision 150 released:
* Faster responsiveness in edit boxes.
* [ C sequence for moving focus to the Teams/Channels or Chats tree control if one is on screen.
* Insert+T more often says whose chat is on screen.
* Braille better mirrors speech in chat message lists (with one exception; see release notes).

JAWS, TeamTalk: Script revision 265 posted: Mostly maintenance, but also:
* Properly names the channel tree in TeamTalk 5.6.0.
* Sequences [ X and [ V are alternatives to Ctrl+Alt+X/V for moving people.

See release notes for more changes. Docs and download at http://www.dlee.org/teamtalk/
JAWS, Slack: Script revision 76 posted:
* New commands for jumping directly to the page list, channel tree, and other screen areas. Tested in Slack 4.8.0.
* Tab and Shift+Tab should read less extra material in some cases.
* [ 7, for reading reactions, works in Slack 4.8.0 and includes reaction counts there.
* About seven more less major enhancements.

JAWS, Teams: Script revision 162 posted:
* [ S works to identify speakers in a meeting, and [ V identifies who is sending video. Tested in latest Teams with meeting windows separate from the main Teams window; may work in main window but not tested there.
* Insert+T includes presence indicators in a popped-out chat just as in a main-window chat.
* [ C works in newer Teams versions where it moved to New Chat instead of the chat tree.
* Tab and Shift+Tab might say less extra material in some cases.
* There is a way to figure out where focus is in a document preview from the Files tab of a channel.

JAWS, Teams: The revision 162 scripts are now actually posted; I sent the announcement and then got distracted before I actually uploaded the update.
General, Skype: Five usage notes from a conversation today in my project group:

Using split-view mode prevents the long delay on opening new chats, but it also prevents notifications like "Message sent" from working.

If opening a chat doesn't work the first time after Skype launches, Tab and Shift+Tab once and then open the conversation.

The End key does not move to the last entry in a chat's history as it should. Microsoft should fix this.

If you see a Back button in a single-window-mode conversation or can't get Alt+1 to work, try maximizing Skype such as by typing Windows+UpArrow; the Back button only appears when Skype doesn't have enough space to show everything.

To clear up any confusion over Skype Desktop versus Skype UWP: They both still exist but have the same interface, so you can run Skype from the Microsoft Store or get it from Skype.com and have the same experience.
General, TeamTalk, TTCom: TTCom 3.1.0 revision 1108 for Python 3.7 released:
* Documentation collected into one file and made the main website starting point, replacing the old small README file. This will simplify future updates and TTCom maintenance.
* Logins and logouts without a nickname are reported. This was not true initially because of site scanners that once would have made this cause excessive output.
* About six more bug fixes and doc improvements as listed in the release notes.

Docs including release notes and download are at http://www.dlee.org/ttcom/
(TTCom with caps still works but is no longer necessary)
JAWS, ListViews, Windows 10 Task Manager: ListTbl revision 2387 released:
* Ctrl+Alt+arrows and other table nav commands, including the JAWS table key layer, work in Windows 10 Task Manager tabs including the ones with TreeView controls; namely, Processes and Users.
* Minimum JAWS version changed from 14 to 15 to support the above feature.
* The typical XML translation files are included.
* More changes listed in release notes.

JAWS, TeamTalk: Script revision 208 posted, mostly to fix Ctrl+Up/Down participant finding in TeamTalk5Classic 5.6.1. Docs, release notes, and download at http://www.dlee.org/teamtalk/
JAWS, Slack: Minor script update posted - revision 78, for Slack 4.9.0 and recent 4.8.0:
* Reads channel tree items better when they normally just say "Additional options available in the context menu."
* The sequences [ G 1 and [ G 2 work in more cases (and are sometimes identical now because Slack merged the page list and the channel tree into one structure).
