JAWS, Skype for Windows: Revision 174 posted to fix Alt+Tab repeating "Skype Skype Skype" etc., along with a few other issues. Details at https://www.dlee.org/skype#hist and download link also in that document as usual. Sorry folks; repeating is something I am too used to hearing; I noticed this while coding yesterday but forgot to fix it before release.
JAWS, Skype, SLMan: If you are using my Script Load Manager (SLMan) with JAWS 17, 18, 2018, or 2019 before the August 2019 update, and you updated Skype scripts to revision 173 or 174 and things did not load as expected, update SLMan from https://www.dlee.org/slman/ and then restart JAWS and see if that helps. I have just one report of this, but I think the SLMan update I just posted should help anyone with this problem. Do not install SLMan into JAWS 2020 or later, or into JAWS 2019 if you have the August 2019 update.

And several more.

General, iOS, ssh, Prompt2: Prompt2 speaks again with VoiceOver as text arrives! For anyone needing an iOS terminal that's easy to use, this one's back in the running after years of being too silent! This is just a PSA and is not my own work.

General, JAWS, NVDA, Chrome: If you try to download one of my scripts or add-ons using Chrome and you see a message like "can't be downloaded securely" or a file name that starts with the word "unconfirmed," that's a Chrome change that makes you press a Keep button before the download will finish. Press the Keep button and you should see the file as normal.
General, Windows 10 2004 upgrade: PSA: If you have problems with your audio after upgrading to Windows 10 build 2004, see if any tips at the following page I just wrote help you: http://www.dlee.org/sound2004.htm
This covers volume issues, stereo/mono problems, echos, stuttering sound, and a few other symptoms, based on things I've experienced myself or heard about from several other people.

JAWS, Skype: Script revision 178 released, with automatic fixing of the Skype 8.63 ChromeLegacyWindow issue until Microsoft fixes it internally. I said I wouldn't, then I did it anyway! This is what I did for Teams a few months ago for the same reason.

JAWS, Teams: The revision 162 scripts are now actually posted; I sent the announcement and then got distracted before I actually uploaded the update.
General, Skype: Five usage notes from a conversation today in my project group:
Using split-view mode prevents the long delay on opening new chats, but it also prevents notifications like "Message sent" from working.
If opening a chat doesn't work the first time after Skype launches, Tab and Shift+Tab once and then open the conversation.
The End key does not move to the last entry in a chat's history as it should. Microsoft should fix this.
If you see a Back button in a single-window-mode conversation or can't get Alt+1 to work, try maximizing Skype such as by typing Windows+UpArrow; the Back button only appears when Skype doesn't have enough space to show everything.
To clear up any confusion over Skype Desktop versus Skype UWP: They both still exist but have the same interface, so you can run Skype from the Microsoft Store or get it from Skype.com and have the same experience.

General, TeamTalk, TTCom: TTCom 3.1.0 revision 1108 for Python 3.7 released:
* Documentation collected into one file and made the main website starting point, replacing the old small README file. This will simplify future updates and TTCom maintenance.
* Logins and logouts without a nickname are reported. This was not true initially because of site scanners that once would have made this cause excessive output.
* About six more bug fixes and doc improvements as listed in the release notes.
Docs including release notes and download are at http://www.dlee.org/ttcom/
(TTCom with caps still works but is no longer necessary)
