JAWS, Skype 8 for Windows Desktop, Skype UWP for Windows 10: Script and structural update posted:
* URL CHANGE: The URL for Skype scripts is now just https://www.dlee.org/skype/ (the old references will still work through HTTP redirection for a while).
* Skype for Windows 10 is now the same app as Skype for Windows Desktop, so I just call it Skype for Windows.
* Revision 173 of the JAWS scripts, just posted, covers both Skype instances.
* Other minor fixes included.
Read and follow the installation instructions for this update, because I'm replacing two script sets with one! A direct link to the Revision History: https://www.dlee.org/skype/skype.htm#hist

JAWS, Skype for Windows: Revision 174 posted to fix Alt+Tab repeating "Skype Skype Skype" etc., along with a few other issues. Details at https://www.dlee.org/skype#hist and download link also in that document as usual. Sorry folks; repeating is something I am too used to hearing; I noticed this while coding yesterday but forgot to fix it before release.
JAWS, Skype, SLMan: If you are using my Script Load Manager (SLMan) with JAWS 17, 18, 2018, or 2019 before the August 2019 update, and you updated Skype scripts to revision 173 or 174 and things did not load as expected, update SLMan from https://www.dlee.org/slman/ and then restart JAWS and see if that helps. I have just one report of this, but I think the SLMan update I just posted should help anyone with this problem. Do not install SLMan into JAWS 2020 or later, or into JAWS 2019 if you have the August 2019 update.
JAWS, Microsoft Teams: Script revision 139 posted with 12 updates, including

* Script updates don't replace user settings for Teams.
And several more.

General, JAWS, NVDA, Chrome: If you try to download one of my scripts or add-ons using Chrome and you see a message like "can't be downloaded securely" or a file name that starts with the word "unconfirmed," that's a Chrome change that makes you press a Keep button before the download will finish. Press the Keep button and you should see the file as normal.

This covers volume issues, stereo/mono problems, echos, stuttering sound, and a few other symptoms, based on things I've experienced myself or heard about from several other people.
