JAWS 2019 and older, Microsoft Teams web interface: Experimental but apparently stable script update, revision 71: Significant help with extra menu event problems while arrowing through replies in a threaded conversation while using JAWS 2019 and older. There is no issue under JAWS 2020. This problem only applies to the web Teams interface, not to the Desktop application. The fix also only applies to the web interface. https://www.dlee.org/teams/
A link formatting test; feel free to ignore; unless you want to visit my main website and project list of course. Sorry for the extra alert.
JAWS, Slack: New scripts!
* Better naming of some fields.
* Hopefully much more efficient presentation order for messages, and users can choose format.
* Commands for reading parts of message info (sender, content, flags, attachment info, etc.) separately.
* Long messages not cut short.
* Commands for simulating F6 and Shift+F6 for home-row efficiency and users with inconvenient keyboards for typing function keys.

JAWS, Slack: I am documenting ways I use Slack efficiently in the script user guide. The unreleased version at https://www.dlee.org/updates/slack.htm now includes tips on how to keep up with new messages and activities via notifications, the All Unreads and Threads pseudo channels, the Activities list, etc. Comments welcome before I formally release it. I am still adding to that file but thought this much of it might be useful to people already.
JAWS, Slack: Script revision 32 released:
Much more info in the user guide than in the first release.
The sequence [ 7 reads reaction types for a message.
Messages that say "replied to a thread" are much easier to read.
Ctrl+Backspace says what it should.
Normal JAWS keystrokes for Chrome pages should work here as well.

JAWS, Teams: Script revision 99 released to fix the same truncated-or-missing-long-message issue that I just fixed for Slack. The issue is actually an internal JAWS buffer issue as far as I can tell; I'm just working around it in all relevant projects.

* The sequence [ 3, for reading a chat message's sender name, includes the sender's online status when possible.

JAWS, general, translators and localization:
As of now, I will begin using XML files in place of jsm files for script messages in my public projects. The Dropbox-centered file exchange method previously required for script translation will no longer be necessary. Look for script update announcements for your favorite among my projects, that mention XML message files.
Corresponding to this, there is a new document on my website explaining how this process works in brief. The XML files themselves, which come In the script installers, will also begin with brief instructions on how to update them.

JAWS, Unigram: Script revision 97 released: XML message file support for translators, and Tab speaks the audio message player slider instead of being silent. Oh yes, and Space/Enter go where they're supposed to in the user guide if they didn't before; that's happening to all of my projects at once.
